Short post today. Family is coming into town and my parents are hosting a super late graduation/slightly early send-off barbeque for yours truly tomorrow. Enjoy these liquid nitrogen videos - they are a blast (literally)!!
Fun Fact: The Haber Process converts gaseous nitrogen (which is inert/"useless" for humans) to ammonia that can be used in fertilizers. This process was developed during WWI for use in chemical warfare but won the Nobel Prize because it greatly impacted agriculture. Without the Haber Process, we would be unable to sustain the growth of food necessary for our population.
